A Guided Journal for Moms
This journal will explore all aspects of a mother's life through guided journal prompts to assist with negative thoughts, increase happiness and focus on your strengths as a mother. At times, it's hard to be a mother. Having a space to evaluate your feelings and learn how to effectively express your emotions to better assist your kiddos can be SO powerful for you and your family. This journal is meant to be completed before bed (after the kiddos are sleeping) to review your day and plan the following day.
